Sales team are very helpful. The gazebo was despatched almost immediately and the delivery company were excellent. The gazebo is great quality, light but sturdy and strong. If you need a gazebo, Gala is the place to go!

We are a motorcycle road race team and already own a couple of 4.5 x 3m gazebo’s by galatent. This year we took on a few more sponsors so we wanted to show our appreciation to them. We decided to come back to galatent and and have a few teardrop flags done as we already knew the quality would be second to none. We weren’t wrong. As we had already experienced in the past, the process from start to finish was amazing. From the sales team to the design team, they all make the job as easy as it could be. Communication is key when it comes to things like this and everyone we dealt with at galatent was brilliant at it. We received the flags the day after they were shipped direct to a race meeting and they are brilliant. The quality is perfect and design came out just as we had an envisioned. Great service and fast delivery

Delivery was perfect on the day selected. Items could have been better packaged, the bolt we ordered was just loose and could have easily been lost. Gala are consistent and although not perfect, do have the best designed products on the market and this is reflected in the price, you get what you pay for!

As someone who has now purchased a number of Gala gazebos I can only comment that you don’t return to a vendor if you have a problem with their merchandise and the quality of my recent purchase reinforces this sentiment.

I have owned the same gala marquee for over 12 years now. It’s robust and durable. It has taken some very bad weather conditions in its stride whilst those around me collapsed! My roof started to leak on the corners so I ordered a new roof. Easy peasy! I didn’t check the box contents, just took it with me to the show, 100% trust that everything was as ordered. Can’t fault this company. Such excellent customer service, a top quality product and British made. What more could yo ask for? Totally recommend to anyone looking for a tent for craft shows etc…
