The ground anchors work as intended, but only if the person you buy them for uses them! After catching the tent, they did use them, and all was good for the rest of the week.

Gazebo is heavy and chunky, and solid as anything when put up. I know the measurements are on the website, but I'd underestimated the heft of the thing. I needn't have ordered such a chunky model for my needs but I think it will last forever.The customer service from Gala is what really made me buy from Gala vs anywhere else. I rang up a couple of times with niche questions and got through to Jack each time and got an answer.The gazebo wasn't cheap, but it doesn't look like they've cheaped out anywhere with the construction – you really seem to g

Great to deal with. Prompt professional service next day delivery and parts were exactly what we ordered. Had some storm damage and needed to replace some components. Took 15 minutes to replace and my gazebo was back in business.

Brilliant company to work with. Wind damage to a 14 year old gazebo 3 days before an event. Called to check what to replace and someone with knowledge and a desire to help answered after a few rings. Ordered a new cover for next day delivery, which is when it arrived. No problem getting any spare/replacement parts. I don't do reviews but Gala are exceptional. 5 stars are not enough
