Is my data and my customer data secure?
All personal information is transmitted through our secure server using a Class 4 EV Certificate. Details of our certificate can be found by clicking on the green padlock in the browser address bar. Credit Card details are NOT stored on our server.
What happens to my company's reviews if I stop using your service?
Your reviews will stay to your company's profile on RivYoo should you wish to return.
What is different about RivYoo to other review software?
Rivyoo is unique, and there is no software that has a management system to help retain customers like RivYoo does. The management system will provide
you with the tools to retain the customer should they receive a product or service they are not happy with and leave a damaging comment or review.
Can I remove a negative remove?
RivYoo with provide you with a management response system so you can satisfy the customer and change the event to a positive one. The issue then is a different event and the customer is obliged to remove or amend the review, this will assist retaining customers you may otherwise loose.
Will the review still be viable while I’m trying to resolve an issue?
No, the review will disappear until the issue to resolved, and hopefully appear with a positive outcome.
Is the manage system a paid service?
Yes this is the only service that is chargeable for this unique business response software.
What payment methods do you accept?
