Gala Tent UK

Super helpful advice from a gala tent representative when I needed a replacement roof for my gazebo. Order arrived within 24hrs, great quality, easy to replace and lovely colour. Went for the yellow this time. Would recommend using gala tents .

Already had 2 of these marquees in our Scout Group, when we needed another one it made sense to go back to Gala tent again, why wouldn't we. Excellent service as usual.

Great as always. Fast shipping

Great product great service well done

Great help on the phone when ordering. Prompt efficient delivery. Can't fault Gala tents for the product which I've owned for 20 years or ongoing service.

I have used Galatent for years now, moth pop up gazebos and marquees. This recent purchase is a pure canopy replacement for a storage area. The current canopy has been in place for maybe 10 years. The bungees have been replaced several times, whilst the canopy goes on.I just feel it’s time to replace the canopy before this coming winter.

I purchased a gala tent a couple of years ago, its been absolutely brilliant, easy to assemble, practical, looks great and very string and durable. Its big and I set up it in one of our fields for securing it properly is crucial, however, I misplaced the storm pegs. I search the internet and could find any which are anywhere as good as the originals. So I place an order for another 15 (didn't need that many but they are that useful I bought more than required). The price is very reasonable for such good quality, sales answered by questions quicky, delivery was the next day. As with my original purchase, I cannot fault this company or their product - 5 star.

I bought my 3m x 3m Taupe Pop Up Gazebo Pro 50 in April 2023, having previously owned an identical model which was unfortunately stolen from a Royal British Legion lock-up. The fact that I went straight back and bought the same gazebo again probably says quite a lot about what I think of them.Along with the gazebo, I purchased the sides and roller bag, and more recently I have bought a spare door side and a replacement canopy. I should point out that the need for replacement parts is in no way a reflection on the quality or durability of the material. In my case, it has been more about wanting additional parts and making modifications, including fitting a flashing kit so that I can safely use a log burner inside.I have dealt with Darren on several occasions and have always found him extremely knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. There is never any hanging around waiting for replies, and he clearly knows the products inside out.The quality of the gazebo itself is exceptional. Mine has seen off plenty of strong winds and miserable British weather over the years and has always performed brilliantly. With the sides fitted, a carpet down and the log burner going, it makes for an incredibly cosy and comfortable place to sit even when the weather outside is awful. One of the biggest advantages of buying from Gala is the availability of spare and replacement parts. Rather than treating the gazebo as something disposable, you can replace individual components as required. I am also told that, should the frame ever need attention, you can take it back to Gala for repairs, although thankfully I have never needed to use that service.Gala are also relatively local to me at around a 25-minute drive away, which is another bonus.I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their products. In my competitive BBQ days I used plenty of cheaper gazebos and shelters, so I have had more than enough experience of the alternatives. My grandad always used to say, “Buy cheap, buy twice!” and when it comes to gazebos, he was absolutely right. The Pro 50 isn’t the cheapest gazebo you can buy, but in my experience it represents excellent value because it is built properly, replacement parts are readily available, and it is something you can realistically expect to keep and use for years.

Excellent service. All tge staff were friendly and very efficient. Quick turn around for the job. Quality product.

Our original roof was past its sell by date however the frame and sides were still good. So we invested in a new roof. This is a better roof than the original. Fitted the frame perfectly. And now we have a usable marquee again.

First class service and quality products as usual .

Customer service was excellent, and speedy delivery. Thank you!

On behalf of Art At The House CIC. We have 15 of these tents which we use for an annual arts festival in the woods but have used them at many events in the community and they are a very strong tent, we have used them in very windy and wet conditions and the keep the weather out perfectly with the sides on. Very happy with them.
