I was so pleased to find that the canopies for my older tent is still manufactured. The frame remains in excellent condition and after moving house the original canopy had gone missing. An extremely efficient service backed up with excellent customer care by Jack

Fantastic service from beginning to end. The team were super helpful and we can't fault them. We ordered our products on the Monday and they were with us on the Wednesday. You can't ask for better than that! Our products are amazing and are getting lots of compliments from our customers.

Hi .I have just erected th3 3x4,5m Gazebo. Quality cant be faulted but being new it was very stiff to open without getting my brother to help. Bur saying that all went well and it is now standing with my classic car under it which was the reason I bought it. It could do with some dedicated points for guy rope attachment and I can see why people use the eyes for the canvas tensioning to put guy ropes on. As far as I am concerned the quality is exceptional and it looks like it will last for a long time which is why I chose it over the numerous Chinese ones which might last a season (if that). great purchase from gala

Recently purchased a Pro60 8Mtr x 4Mtr Canopy on behalf of my local Cricket Club. All the staff were most helpful from sales, artwork to delivery. It had its first run out last weekend and everyone was most impressed with the design, ease of erection and quality of the canopy. The trolley makes storage easy. All in all, a great product, I would recommend to anyone looking for a canopy.

Excellent customer service to back up a great product

Before we even mention the product the service that we had in ordering was amazing and online difficulties in making payment were easily resolved by a real human being in the UK. The quality of the product is outstanding, best materials and design. The quality of the product is evident when you try to erect it and in our 70s and 80s we needed an extra pair of hands.

Easy Cleveland and cool

I did quite a lot of research and when it arrived by next day delivery , I was nightly impressed!

Very strong and easy to set up. Absolutely brilliant for events.

Although there were issues with part of the order not being delivered they were quickly addressed. The quality of the frame and fabric is very good.

Superb

Great customer service, pricing and and delivery.
