Gala Tent UK

I found all that is said about the gala 50 gazebo to be correct, I am delighted with the product and would always return to Gala Tent UK, for all my needs on camping and garden requirements.

From design to Order everything was great no issues and all questions answered. On day of delivery everything went down hill. We only received 2 of 3 parts of our gazebo which was ordered for an event the next day. I called to find out what was happening to find out couldn’t get other part delivered on time and was told will get a call by 5pm Friday with an update and will receive a goodwill gesture. It’s now Monday and I have had to phone and get update which is not great customer service and the goodwill well not very goodwill.

I have only just been able to review this product as we have only recently been able to erect the gazebo, prior to the summer season of fairs and shows in our area. The item is very well made and easy to put up. (we used 4 people to achieve this)We are all very pleased with the quality of the printing on the front of the gazebo roof, both for our logo and badges and the logo of the sponsor at either end.All in all a really good buy which will give us years of use - well done Gala!

The product, a 3x3 printed gazebo was brilliant. The reason you dont get 5 stars is that the artwork department took a long time to send proofs of the artwork / communications from artwork department were slow. Plus on a side note, you have bombarded me with requests for reviews ever since I made the purchase which is to say the least - ANNOYING

Amazing service and real quality product. gala Tents are well designed and made to last. Exceptionally easy to extend and spare parts are really easy to order as rerquired. Highly recommended

So happy with this transaction. Ordered by phone and the gentleman was very helpful. Tent cover arrived next day as promised, fits perfectly and looks great.Very impressed that I can buy spare parts for these and not have to completely replace the whole tent. The old cover had given 5 years valiant service but couldn't be repaired anymore. I love the quality of these tents.Many thanks

Have a 6m x 4m for my wheel refurbishment buisness for on the front of my unit so when painting calipers or working on the cars my staff stay dry and protected from the elements. Setting up and putting away is literally done in seconds. Really well made and the customer support through out the buying process was really good. 10 out of 10.

Great Product, Would want the same guide straps and pegs as the aluminium gazebo, as the ones supplied are indicated for the job. The Gazebo and side walls are great.

Highly recommend Gala Tents. We urgently required replacement parts for our 10year old tent which has been erected for the last 9 summers every summer for the summer! The products are strong sturdy and have lasted well. The staff were. Gala staff were very helpful and managed to next day deliver the items we required urgently. The replacement roof and window sides arrived as they promised and I’m sure will last as long as the first set. Excellent products and service. Thank you Gala Tents!

I have used this gazebo twice now at cool fab racing meets. It is so easy to put up and take down and everything has been really well thought out and put together. The camping world could learn a lot from this! It is very sturdy and well put together and the bags are big enough for everything to fit in after use not just when packed in a factory. It does not take long to put up a brilliant purchase and well worth the money! I was advised to get a Gala and I am so glad I listened. It arrived almost instantly and with everything as I ordered it. I would highly recommend this gazebo!

The products just simply work and trust me I have tested them in some of the most extreme weather conditions I sell artwork and it’s vital they stay dry or they are ruined and so far so goodIf you go to any big gamefair or agricultural show and look who’s tents all the traders have it’s gala and why????BECAUSE THEY JUSE WORK????????????
