Purchased to use as an extra room for Xmas In garden....has been really easy to put up,very clear instructions in each box,likewise each box has clear description on side with contents.purchase was easy and smooth and delivery date was changed without a problem when I was unavailable for the arranged date....will defenetly be back as I expand my buisness....many thanks

We brought our gala tent for our catering business, we were really pleased with the pleasant and helpful nature of the sales team. Our gala tent arrived the next day as agreed and we were very impressed with the quality of the product. The frame and fabrics are far more robust than our previous gazebo and hopefully will give long years of service. The instructions were clear and easy to understand and the frame went up quickly. We have since used the gala tent at Christmas markets in December and have been impressed by the quality.The only reason for a four star is the bag that the frame came in has already split and is starting to fall apart, this could do with improving

Hi these gazebo weights are very good they fit over the plate and if required you can stack one on top of another as they interlock ,as always with gala tent great value and great service

I would rate 10 stars if I could: Galatent is committed to excellence, no less. I called Lee who was very kind as I needed 2 Logo printed table cloths in a kind of emergency, he assured they would do the best the could and yes, they delivered on time as promised, a spotless job (and my logo is difficult) with the perfect Pantone colours, unlike Harberson who had previously delivered late, a messed up/stained print on a couple of banners. Galatent is the very best in quality of product and service as well as shipping time. I am a returning customer and I won't bother looking elsewhere from now on.

Come back again for Gala Tent. The customer services is 100% from everyone, but I always deal with Darren who is fantastic in help me.

Originally couldn’t supply the two chairs I wanted. Came back with an alternative at a vastly reduced price. Kept me informed at all times. Supplied the two chairs, next day delivery. Excellent

Representing a large church, we buy our marquees and matting from Gala because the quality is excellent, the service we get incredibly helpful, the prices seem right, and the kit is delivered on time. What more to ask!?
