Needed a new leg for my gazebo. Mark identified the exact part and was very helpful and efficient. Sorted my issue promptly and met all expectations. Delivery promise was met. All around great customer service.

The best gazebo I have ever brought, really are built to last by the looks and weight of it, I always recommend to friends and family/neighbours and also the curtains have been a life saver keeping wind and rain out. Hope it last for many years.

I wanted a robust, 3x3m gazebo and am not disappointed. The sales team at Gala tents were extremely helpful and quickly grasped my requirements. Although some items were out of stock, the team accurately predicted the dates when items would be available and delivered when they said they would. The Gazebo, a pro 50, is extremely well made. Everything (sidewalls, door, sun canopy) fit really well. It’s simple and straightforward to erect, even single handed, and looks very neat. I could not recommend this company highly enough. They are great at communicating, do what they say when they say they are going to do it. What more can anyone ask? I will definitely buy from Gala tents again.

Two things set Gala Tent UK apart from competitors. Firstly their customer service is fantastic and my request for advice was addressed immediately and products dispatched the same day. Secondly the quality of the gazebos and awnings are great. I now have a 3x3 meter and a Pro60 6x3metre gazebo and love the ease of set up as well as the strength and durability of the frames.

As always very pleased with the service, ordered on Friday delivered on Monday, and as usual a quality product value for money. We have been using Gala marquees for 12 Years for church youth groups and village fair. Also to add great help on the phone when ordering.

Brilliant service and big thank you to Daniel and Darren. I found it very useful that I was able to go down to the offices and warehouse and see and explained how the different gazebos work and check the fantastic quality out for myself. Yes I would use them again and definitely recommend them and already have to alot of my market friends.

I have owned a Gala Tent for over 20 years. In 2024 there were 2 very strong storms that blew across the county of Kent. There were winds of upto 80 mph (anything less probably wouldn’t have affected Gala Tent roof cover) but there it was, 80 mph wind tore away at our Gala Tent roof cover resulting in a large tear at one corner. We applied tape across this tear which held it together, then at a time some months later another bad storm hit, the tape gave way and the tear was extended right across the roof. We could only, the next morning, take off the torn, flapping cover and fold our Gala Tent frame down to fit into it’s purpose built strong bag, which was easy to wheel across our garden to a shed for storage. Come May 2025 I phoned Gala Tent office for help in ordering a replacement cover, many years after registering as an owner of our tent/marquee, all it required was a post code followed by my requirements for replacement and 3/4 days later I received a new cover.Excellent service from a long established firm. I would not hesitate to recommend Gala Tent to anyone who wants a first class experience in purchasing a top quality marquee/tent.
