Great prompt service

The website is easy to use and follow, so I was confident in what I was buying. Delivery was quick and efficient. The actual product is excellent quality, I love it.

Our 4th gala tent for our local show. Strong tents, easy to order and delivered in days after ordering. Highly recommend.

What can I say, brilliant company to deal with, visited the company to look at two different options for our business and was guided through the process by Daniel, he explained and showed us the two gazebos that we were interested in buying and the different options available, we placed our order and then moved onto the art department who communicated with us via email with our graphic design which went very smoothly, two days later I get a call to say it’s all ready to collect and that process went extremely smoothly, the gazebo and artwork look perfect and we are very happy with our purchase.

Industrial grade, very sturdy and decent quality. Can withstand high winds with no side wall attached. I highly recommend this gazebo pro shade 50 and advise to get a heavy duty carry bag with wheels.

We purchased a 3m x 3m Gala Tent in 2010, and it has been up throughout every summer since, providing welcome shade on sunny days and reliable protection from the rain during our very British summers! It was only after 16 years of faithful service, and the five successive heatwaves we experienced in the South of England this summer, that the top canopy finally developed a tear and needed replacing.Gala Tent found our original order within seconds and knew exactly what we needed from my rather garbled description - I didn’t even need to provide measurements! The replacement canopy was very reasonably priced, dispatched the same day and arrived the following day, with delivery included in the price. We couldn’t be more impressed with either the product or the service. A first-class, durable product backed up by genuinely excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

The gazebos are great quality and delver and the service was great. Thank you

Super helpful advice from a gala tent representative when I needed a replacement roof for my gazebo. Order arrived within 24hrs, great quality, easy to replace and lovely colour. Went for the yellow this time. Would recommend using gala tents .

Already had 2 of these marquees in our Scout Group, when we needed another one it made sense to go back to Gala tent again, why wouldn't we. Excellent service as usual.

Great as always. Fast shipping

Great product great service well done

Great help on the phone when ordering. Prompt efficient delivery. Can't fault Gala tents for the product which I've owned for 20 years or ongoing service.

I have used Galatent for years now, moth pop up gazebos and marquees. This recent purchase is a pure canopy replacement for a storage area. The current canopy has been in place for maybe 10 years. The bungees have been replaced several times, whilst the canopy goes on.I just feel it’s time to replace the canopy before this coming winter.
