Gala Tent UK

I recently purchased a 6x6 m and a 3x3 m marque from Gala Tents when attempting to erect the 6 x 6 we noticed we were missing one pole and had an additional pole. I rang customer services and it was not a problem 18 hours later missing pole delivered, marquee erected. I can not fault Gala the quailty is excellant and the service superb.

Ordered a new size marquee roof to allow me to use less length of original marquee and it arrived on time and fitted great

Part of my consignment went astray but the service I received from Gala was first class. All now sorted.The marquee will not be used until May so cannot rate it as a new purchase, but we have five of their marquees and would not buy elsewhere.

Used this gazebo about 80weekends over four years for the last two years has been up in my garden covering a kit car sadly the recent snow killed the canopy got a replacement next day excellent product and service

Great price considering the low budget I have for club racing, happy to run the company local in my race series and will be sharing across my social media pages! Advise people to watch video and read instructions properly as we didnt and got into a bit of a pickle still we are 70 and 80 years old we must have had a senior moment lol.. but overall a brilliant product very strong and sturdy would recommend to anyone.

Even though I have had minor issues with previous purchases, they were eventually resolved successfully and I would not have bought any other gazebo . I have now purchased 3 gala gazebos now because I have found them to be the most reliable product for my purposes. They are sturdy well made and serve my purchase perfectly. I am able to setup a stall at shows with a 3,6 or 9mtr frontage easily with appropriate guttering and sides and reliable supports inbetween them. Hopefully In the future I hope to be able to obtain all the supporting bars. I hope to take advantage of one of the advertising packages you offer for my little sweet business with all the sides, banners and accessories which would finish it of perfectly. I will have to wait until I can afford these though. Regards David Reed
