'Impressed' doesn't even come close !!!Upgrading to a top of the range gazebo is an expensive decision, so i did the research and explored as many brands as possible before deciding to part with my hard earned cash !!After LOTS of telephone conversations i reached the conclusion that, like for like, there's not a great deal of fifference across the board with regard to cost.So, it boiled down to one thing .... and Gala Tent got my custom based upon thier top class customer service !!!My questions were answered, my requirements were understood, my needs were met !!!..... thier promises were fulfilled, thier delivery was perfection, thier gazebo is perfect and as described !!Upon closer inspection 2 panels needed exchanging ..... 1 phone call is all it took - no quibble and no problem or drama, just a simple 'Sorry' and 'We'll put it right' ..... and the next morning the courior arrived with the promised panels ....... EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!Shop around before you part with such a big outlay ..... i did, and i don'g regret those phone calls !!I also don't regret opting for Gala Tent .....Top quality goodsTop quality customer relationsTop quality serviceTop quality deliveryTop quality exchange....... can't recommend them highly enough !!!

I can't recommend Gala enough, the ease of ordering and the excellent prompt delivery, and their response when something (ie. a missing part of the order) was to get the part to me on next day delivery without any quibbling.I definitely give then 5 stars

Everything was so simple to order saw your gazebo at astle park traction engine rally that’s we’re idea came from going to Cheshire ploughing match selling Britain’s toys there let you know how went on thanks

two faults with the canopy . it turned up moldy and then it leaked , however a new roof was sent out no charge, but no small offer of compensation offered, otherwise Gala would have gone beyond good service and received a 5 star rating

Could not be happier. Quality of the Marquee is superb and the service I receive from the chaps at Gala Tent was first class. I would not hesitate to use them again.

After being let down by another company, I rang Gala tents, extremely helpful and knowledgable, called Wednesday, marquee arrived Thursday, erected Friday, event saved!!! Good quality and easy to put up and get back down, I would definitely recommended and will use for all my marquee needs.

Just perfect for our needs. Had cheaper ones before, we should have bought Galatent first. Much cheaper in the long run.

Absolutely delighted with my 3m x 3m Gala tent, out for the first time in the craft village at Shrewsbury Folk Festival. Real freak weather on the friday afternoon, blowing an absolute hooley but she stood firm with no damage. Easy to erect and take down even for a little short 65 year-old! Staff were really helpful, talked me through everything I needed, no pressure to buy additional products, and delivered on time. Brilliant, thank you Gala

needed a new canopy urgently for a wedding when we discovered the old one had been attacked by mice. Ordered on the bank holiday and had the canopy by Wednesday, a real life saver!!

Excellent and efficient service

Order on the afternoon, arrived the next morning and it was up and ready within 2 hours - Nice and simple and is very robust. We bought this on a recommendation after having so many that just fall to pieces in the slightest bit of adverse weather, so far so good ! Fab customer service, would highly recommend !
