Product and service very good. Let down by poor fitting instructions. heater came set up for wall mounting, had to take bits off before fitting bracket for pole mounting.We worked it out in the end.

I have bought 4x Gala Gazebos which I have been very impressed with. They are now 2 years old and only just starting to replace sides after using commercially every week. Fantastic quality and great in wind conditions upto 30mile gusts. By far the best Gazebo’s I have ever bought. Even when I misjudged the weather once and one Gazebo was taken by the wind the Gazebo survived without any bent or snapped legs where others I used in the past have been damaged beyond repair. I would highly recommend Gala Tent to anyone who wants a good quality Gazebo at very reasonable prices as well as next day delivery and excellent communication from Gala representatives.

I'm now on my second Gala Tent Gazebo and this one looks just as good as the first - I had almost seven years hard work out of that, trading at fairs around the UK. My old gazebo was excellent value for money and definitely earned its keep; this one looks even easier to handle as the bag design is different and the construction is significantly stronger.

A friend told me how pleased she was with your gazebo and subsequently I came to purchase similarly. The service over the phone was so simple and personal and the delivery fast. I am delighted with every aspect of my purchases, the quality and style are 10/10 and the ease of putting up the sides is, for me, the best bit as I have always hated tabs.. and thick strong Velcro is simplicity itself. I have already sung the praises of Gala, and recommend them to any and all.

I decided to buy from gala because g track flooring was the style I was looking for and best possible price. The service was great. I went onto website and put in a rough quote and not long after had a call to talk about size, colour etc. A couple of emails back and forth finally made my mind up and as service was great I ended up purchasing early. I wasn’t planning on buying the tiles for a few months. I have already recommended them to lots of people who have seen in person, and on my Facebook. They always seem to get people talking. Completely transformed the look of the unit

Fantastic product very well built and easy to erect. Nice to know that if something does need replacing then Gala will be there to help.

Great Products

Tent fine however very disappointed that parts were missing when it came to construct. They were sent out the next day, but really should have been checked before sending to the customer; luckily it was needed for NYE so we had time, but if needed sooner may have had a problem.
