So refreshing to be able to speak to a person who knew immediately exactly what I wanted and arranged for it to be delivered within a day or two. Which it was! Great service, prices and delivery times.

We have purchased many gazibos but none as good as this gala one absolutely perfect, thought it would be a struggle to erect but it was good, already recieved approval from the mant Spurs fans visiting on match days, all the help and advice we had on yhe phone couldn't be better. Would purchase again.

Amazing service, I ordered my items at 16:30 Wednesday evening and they were delivered by 2pm next day.

I needed some extra carrying bags and wanted to replace a solid wall with a door section. When I phone Gala I always get someone extremely helpful and friendly who understands exactly what I need. The company always does what they say they will do and deliveries are always prompt.

Little to say. The people at Gala tent - Damon Deakin and Darren Perry - were remarkably helpful. The product arrived on the button. Video instructions were clear and understandable - we erected it easily, it didn't fall down and my extended family had a great day. What more can one ask. Very pleased with the new gazebo we purchased off Gala.We have used it a few times,excellent strength to the frame and the sides are good quality and perfect fitting.With 2 people it is a joy to erect and dismantle.If I had anything to say on the down side it would be about the tie down kit,don't really trust the clasps so we use ratchet straps,also find the roof a bit of a job to get in the pouch on the carry bag for the frame,so we have a separate holdall for that.On the whole very pleased and would recommend Gala to anyone who asks.

I was delighted with the Speedy and professional service From Gala Tent . The replacement of the top cover which had been damaged by mice whilst in storage was very much appreciated . The Gazebo had been purchased by me a number of years ago and is as good as the day purchased. It goes to prove that buying a Quality home produced product pays in the long run and the excellent follow up service is a credit to the staff and the company as a whole.
