I am a first-time buyer of SwissTrax products through Gala Tent and have some issues with online payment of my debit card, the salesperson shown patient, provided different options of payment methods over the phone calls and finally went through the payment process. My products were delivered on time and I am very happy this sales experience.

Fell upon this place too late, I’d already bought a gazebo from another company, but that really didn’t matter. I was treated like been a customer for years making many purchases with them. I was just after extras to go with what I’d already bought, it’s then I realised I’d missed out on something very special. What Gala Tent provide is a system like no other, no one makes products like these guys, they try but fall very short. I was blown away by the quality first of all, then the answers to every question you may have. If you are looking to buy, look here, then compare to the rest, I’ve already done this so save your time and go with the best. It’s not an event unless you’re in a Gala Tent.

We really like our 12mx6m marquee. Unfortunately one of the end panels ripped when we first put it up but it was repaired promptly under warrenty. The service from Gala has been excellent, apart from their telephone system which refused to recognis my invoice number and it took me a long time to actually speak to someone. When I did things were sorted quickly.

Absolutely delighted with item. In addition the company went out of its way to post the item at normal standard postage instead of inflated courier fees. Well done to you all and great customer service. Will deal with you all again. Thanks

We bought our Gala Pro 4x3m at the start of the pandemic. It was a godsend. Allowing us to meet safely as a family outside in the garden. It was up in all weathers. Hail snow rain and shine. The strong sun this summer took its toll on the canopy which became brittle. Ordered a new one at reasonable cost which came next day. Excellent product from excellent company. Can’t recommend them enough.

Everything as expected

This is our fourth order and cannot fault the service or quality of the gazebo recently purchased. I also ordered two carry bags which, while well made, are made of a less robust material than previous. At the first use, the fabric near the wheels has cut through, which is disappointing.
