Cannot fault the service provided by Gala tent. On putting our marquee up we realised we had mislaid some of the side panels. I therefore needed a very quick turnaround as the party was only five days away. The items werereceived the following day and I realised that I had ordered the wrong side panels.. An out of hours email to Gala tent was answered by an early morning phone call from them to me. They sorted the problem and resent the correct items which were received within 24 hours. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. We bought our Gala marquee about six years ago and even after lots of use over the years it’s still strong and sturdy. Great company and great products. Great service and marquee (3mx6m) arrived in good time. Easy to put up although leg frames are a bit stiff and one or two don't easily click into place when lowering the canopy when not in use. Been using for a few weeks now to mostly provide shade and so far so good! Will take down in the winter. Cheers!

Looks a good quality marquee. Found the printed instructions confusing and unclear when printed. Video on youtube however is very good. Not sure about the guide lubricant and why is it grey? Marks the marquee material. Hoping to get many year service out of this marquee.

Great product arrived very quickly . Once again we are very happy with the product and service.

2x 8x4m PE Marques purchased to support large Scout camps as mess tents. Quality is obvious compared to previous products we have purchased from other brands. Sales support was excellent throughout providing valued advice on costing, accessories and spec'sOnly slightly negative feedback: We purchased an 8m side by side gutter kit to join both tents together. This works brilliantly and was a god send on a very wet camp but could do with being slightly longer so you could divert the gutter outlet away from the tent a little - we are considering purchasing a 10m version to try and do this.
