Great service from Gala and Marley, the representative i dealt with in general. Good follow up e mails, parts available,marquee instructions, backup etc also followed. My only frustration is the call centre phone options, which does make it awkward to get to actually speak to someone relative to your enquiry. I eventually had to e mail

Great Service once again. We’ve purchased 3 marquees from Gala tent now for different event purposes over the last 8 years each one has been extremely sturdy and great value for money. Also every time we’ve needed parts, extras,heaters they’ve been extremely helpful, well informed and super fast at delivery.I hope to continue using them for many more years and would highly recommend them to others.

I called GALA to inquire about replacement side panels for my marquee.The agent was very helpful and advised me that, as a Scout Association member I get 10% discount.The panel arrived the next day as promised.Thankyou Gala for a smooth speedy transaction

On ordering a new gazebo cover i found a defect with the new cover that wasnt a major issue more an annoyance for me, but it was dealt with straight away with no issues atall, thats why i always use gala.

The Galla products i have purchase.Have been of good quality and look the part when in use.We do a few events using the gala gazeboes and the public enquire were we got them.They are easy to erect on hard surface or grass.Ours has been used in alsorts of weather conditions.I would suggest if you are considering a gala tent i would go for it.Gala tents staff are also very good at helping you choose to correct unit for your purpose.Good luck with your purchase.

Great service! My contact very helpful especially as we were not sure what exactly we needed to start with. Once all agreed the delivery was with us in days and looks fantastic. Cant wait to set up our new look Gazebo for the coming Spring fairs we have planned

Pre purchase advice was absolutely excellent. Purchase was easy and tent arrived extremely quickly! The tent itself is super strong, was erected in December 2023 and has survived several named storms without issue! I do have 2 x additional ratchet straps over the top during winter. The only small complaint I have is just one 'tag' was missing - I just used a cable tie - no issues at all
