I recently purchased a Gala Tent from you and I would first like to say I am very pleased with it. The Helicopter Museum used it at an outdoor event a couple of weeks ago and we found it very quick and easy to erect and dismantle and the interior floor space was tremendous as well as being very light inside with a variety of options for ventilation via the removeable/roll-up panels all round.Without a doubt a very worthwhile purchase on behalf of the Museum which, I hope will serve us well for many years to come.

It arrived last Thursday intact and it is exactly what I wanted! Having recently made a purchase from Gala Tent I feel that I must comment on the service. In particular the person that I had dealings with, namely Emma. I purchased three sets of lights and regretfully one of them was damaged on delivery. On contacting Emma and through the process of getting a replacement she was very helpful and her professional telephone manner made it a pleasant experience. I was guided by her through the arrangements on getting a replacement. Which, I received very promptly. As most people are very quick to complain, when necessary, I try to make a point of giving praise where due and in this case praise is very much due. Gala Tent must also be congratulated on employing staff that can show such professionalism. If I have, in the future a need to look for a present for someone or such like my first stop will be the Gala Tent website. Thank you once again Emma for all your good work and help.
