Thank you for your excellent customer service response to my e-mail. I am delighted to say that the replacement pole arrived today undamaged. The gift received as a customer service gesture was also received and will be put to good use! The marquee was purchased as a mobile trade stand for my business and it will be used this weekend at the Lampeter Stallion Show. Our intention is to take several photographs for our website, hopefully I'll get a good enough one to send you.

I received the folding table I ordered yesterday..........Now that's what I call a table! Fantastic quality. I ordered this as a result of having bought from elsewhere that was quoted a load capacity of 100kg. It came with a 1.5mm hardboard top!!! I wouldn't trust it with a cup of tea! Your table, I would trust never to let me down. Great!!

Thankyou so much for the swift replacement of the table. I am absolutely thrilled at the quality and the price(Ive since seen some at £59.99 in a magazine, much dearer) We now have everything for, hopefuly, a wonderfull, garden, summer wedding. We are putting the two marquees together and using one as a disco area. All we need now is a beautiful warm day, a calm sea and, fingers crossed, the dolphins coming out to play in the bay. I cant wait.

For a start, I found it easy to order online (not always the case) then I was amazed to have the goods on the very day I had requested, although it gave you only 3 working days to deliver. Thank you for the speedy delivery of my order. My purpose in writing is to thank you for the response I received when I queried the uplift in prices at the beginning of March. I had been asking for more information about your Gala Shades towards the end of February after finding what I was looking on your website. However I did not place my order by phone until the 1st of March, not realising that prices had then returned to ‘normal’ The person taking my order was Martin Blacksell who pointed this out to me but readily accepted that I had been working towards purchasing some days earlier. He then arranged a concession, whereby I could still take advantage of the February (sale) prices. For this I am very appreciative.
