Gala Tent UK

Gala marquees are fantastic, I have been using them for many years now and I use them in all weathers. They stand up to high winds very well as long as they are tied down and believe me we get very strong winds on the west coast of Scotland!! They are superb in the fact that each part of the marquee can be replaced from a nut and bolt to a roof canopy. Saves the expence of having to buy a new marquee if any part gets damaged. The only problem I have ever had with the service is packaging. My last purchase arrived with cardboard box in bits, couriers had tried to patch it up but I am just glad that there was no loose or small items that would have been lost. It would be better if there was some sort of ties around the heavy boxes that couriers could get hold of to help with lifting. I would also like to say if you contact customer service the are always a fantastic help. Thank you.

Purchasing the Pop Up Gazebo Pro 40 and accessories was the best investment for my business.

I wanted side panels to fit an exsisting gazebo, bought 2 years ago., (top quality, product, easy to install as clear instructions given) Darren from Gala tents, went over and above to help me find suitable goods. Couldn’t believe after submitting payment, email arrived to say my purchase would be delivered next day and it was, 9.00 in the morning! Fantastic service from start to finish! I'm yet to try it out in the real world but so far the build quality looks great. The speed from ordering to delivery was also surprisingly quick even with the bespoke printing we had added.

Replacement zips. Much sturdier and much better quality than the zips I was replacing. Excellent delivery but would have liked a choice other than next day delivery .
