Thank you for your helpful and swift response to my very urgent need for a Party Tent at 4:00pm on 12th July. The tent arrived at 2-00pm on the 13th enabling my arrangements to be all properly in place for the Saturday noon! My compliments to the sales assistant with whom I spoke in my moment of need and who ‘caught’ the lorry just in time. It would have been very easy to have said words to the effect of “Sorry mate – too late, can’t help??? but he didn’t. That is service!

I recently purchased three folding trestle tables with superb efficiency in all aspects. Excellent service. Will be back very soon.

Just a quick line to say thank you, just received my Gala Tent as promised, took it out to the car park and set it up. WOW!, really nice quality, will definately save me from getting wet when i do outside PAs in the rain and also keep the sun off me (if we get any ).

I did a lot of research before buying my Gala Tent. There are plenty of makes and suppliers on the market and after looking at the Gala Tent website I decided to place my order. The staff on the phone were very polite and helpful. I ordered a 6m x 3m Poly/PVC Gala Tent, 2 folding tables and lights and it all arrived the next day. Everything that I received was of a high quality and I am very pleased with my purchase. A month later I had a problem with a couple of side panels. I spoke to Emma Taylor, she was nice to talk to and she sorted out the problem by sending me replacement panels. I would recommend Gala Tent to anyone who wants quality products , polite staff, fast service and good after sales service.
