All can say is everything 5 star good company to deal with and top quality product

The side walls are great but the clips and strengthening poles are really chunky (don't look great and are impossible to hide) and feel very flimsy. The clipping mechanism don't feel very good quality and I hope they last!

Had a small hicup after the order was delivered, but very quickly resolved with minimum of fuss, gazebo is great quality, easy and smooth to put up and take down, really glad we didn't go for the not so cheap knockoff version.

Thank you for your review Mr Mason, firstly thank you for taking the time provide this feedback, however on this occasion we would have to say your review seems to be quite unreasonable, in your conversion to our customer service team you informed us that you had in fact damaged a truss through usage and accidentally damaged as it was broken in two parts, our customer service team were correct to inform you this is not a manufacture fault so not covered by warranty, however on the system you have purchased a new truss and our team gave you a substantial discount to help your situation, we really appreciate your business and hope this will not deter you from Buying from Gala Tent in the near future, all the best
