I could not rate Gala Tents and their customer service highly enough. I ordered a Gazebo for next day delivery. When the courier only delivered 3 of the 4 packages and were unable to locate the 4th ( being the frame). Gala stepped in and sent out a second frame for overnight delivery and sorted it out with the courier company.

Gala Tent products are always 100% satisfying one. I had bought 3X6 meter Marquee Pro Elite (100% PVC) and now I ordered some storage bags for Marqee pipes and PVC covers to store. They were perfect fit for the items and quality is also very good PVC.I would recommend Gala Tent Products to any one who is interested in value for money.

Gala tent purchased pvc grade excellent quality as expected. This is my second tent my 1st was PE.used on weekend as extended room for funeral guests. Absolutely fabulous.

The product is great. Really pleased with the choice. It looks and feels strong and well made. Unfortunately, the courier lost part of the delivery. Kudos to Galatent - immediately sorted the problem and dealt with the courier seperatley.
