Hi Melissa,Your service and products have been just very fine so far. Putting up the Gala Tent for the first time this morning was a bit of a struggle but achieved a good result in the end.

Thank you for such an efficient service. Melissa was so helpful when I telephoned to query our order. Very impressed with the two white and grey folding chairs we ordered to use with a metal folding craft table for our two young grandsons - the quality was astounding - really strong and durable and as comfortable as armchairs. I rang yesterday at 2.30pm and spoke to Anna who processed my order over the phone for a 4x8 Gala Tent after Id studied your web site and wasnt sure of your delivery times. It arrived this morning in 9 immaculate cartons at 9.30am. People are always quick to complain or criticise but all too often they say nothing when you do what you say you will. Brilliant services thank you. It was beyond my expectations, well done to your whole team who were just doing their job and made a customer happy. They all deserve a pat on the back!. And your company deserves to be successful. Thank you (and NO Im not related to the MD!)

Just a quick note to say thank you for the excellent service, the Gala tent arrived yesterday, overnight as promised well packaged and all intact. I had studied the information well but was still amazed at the quality of the tent when it was actually in front of me; the framework makes my old awnings seem like pipe cleaners and straws by comparison. I only came upon your website by chance, I was almost in the process of purchasing from one of your competitors when I read in their blurb Try a Google search to find better. Well I did. I would certainly have no reservations about recommending you to friends and I will be purchasing again from you in the future.

We would like to thank you and all your team for the advice and assistance given in buying our marquee. The delivery went without a hitch, thanks to your carrier team that helped in offloading. We hope to use the marquee for our wedding celebrations at the end of April, Once again, thanks for all your efforts.

Over this last weekend we have had three of our biggest events where I was displaying my photography. We also had three days of the heaviest rain since the winter. A lot of people did not bother to turn up at the events but I did with my 3 x 4.5m Gala Shade Pro (the big expensive one). Firstly I wanted to say thanks as I was the only person who remained warm and dry - I was able to invite people in to keep dry (up to 15 at a time with all my tables, stands and browsers) and it upped my sales! Don't get me wrong I cannot retire but it was worth being there.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to your team and also the designated courier who was magnificent. We organise a local event and having already purchased a Gala Tent felt we needed the additional security of ground bars set and tie down kits, unfortunately the delivery didn’t happen but a call to yourself who gave me the courier service telephone who dealt with my call very well and gave me the local firms telephone number - PJ Couriers of Stibbs Cross who reassured me that they would deliver the essential items the next day –WELL they delivered them late this afternoon

In this day and age (I'm sounding my age already!) it is often the case that items purchased are disappointing in quality and design. The 4m by 10m marquee we purchased from you is simply excellent. Delivery was within 24 hours and the strong and well-built product ' saved' a very important family event from the great British climate. We have had cheaper DIY shop bought tents in the past and you must do more in your website to show the incredible difference in quality. While the event was to say farewell to my eldest daughter who is moving to USA for two years, the main topic of conversation was - 'the Gala Tent'!

I have had several enquiries about the Gala Tent, which I use as an extra room attached to a wooden holiday chalet in South Wales and I have emphasised the quality of the material and the strength of the framework, I hope that this will bring you further business.
