My gala pro 50 arrived yesterday and appears to be of fantastic quality, I have gone through loads of supermarket gazebos as a mobile mechanic and the last a week at best. Glad i have finally brought something that will take the pressure.

The trestle table I ordered arrived next day great service as usual. The quality is fantastic, very sturdy and stable unlike the camping tables I have been using, yet for around the same price.Our jubilee and wedding anniversary celebrations were both saved from the ravages of the British summer {torrential rain & gales) Thanks again.Keith Guy

After lots of trying to put my works address as a delivery address and the web site is just not up to the job, I had a email to say yes its been done Great I thought, but no you can't select this on web site, so on my 5th attempt I place a order for a 4m x 8m Gala Tent with as told by said email to put delivery address in box at bottom and guess what after getting a trailer to haul load to club and phoning to check delivery and that under NO WAY was it to go to my home address as no one there, YES YOU GUESSED went to home, Great love towing a trailer for 100 miles with nothing in it.So I phone in the morning i email as well and I have had no feed back as of yet!! This is my second purchases and might well be my last!!

We have now put in place a Secure Order Transfer system so you can order your item over the phone to a 3rd party address safely and securely

I purchased a 6m x 4m Gala marquee to use for our Royal Jubilee celebrations, and what a good job that I did! Despite the foul weather, the marquee kept us dry and warm so we had a great time. I have attached a picture of the marquee prepared for the event.There were a couple of minor problems with the marquee, in that one of the panels had been manufactured upside-down and I was missing a few bungees. However, these problems were rectified efficiently by your Customer Services department, who sent a replacement panel and some bungees.

I had left it rather late torecently order, from Galatent, the marquee for a family party, and wasconcerned that it may not arrive in time. However, I am pleased to saythat their Customer Services team dealt promptly and efficiently withmy order and concerns, and achieved timely delivery of the marquee -many thanks to all!

I have to say that I have been very pleased with the level of customer service you have given me since placing our order with you. The goods arrived the next day, as you said they would, in fact they had arrived by 9.30am. I haven't opened all the boxes yet to check that everything is there but don't anticipate any problems. I intend erecting the tent in the next few days, weather permitting!
