Thankyou very much for your prompt reply and replacement of the marked end panel. This marquee was purchased for our Village Hall. We have previously purchased party tents which although were adequate for the price but we paid we decided that something more substantial was needed and Gala Tents certainly fitted the bill. We are thrilled with our purchase and look forward to years of wear. We would certainly recommend Gala Tents to anyone needing a good marquee at an affordable price.

The service you have provided is without doubt excellent. Over the past 3 years i have purchased 3 items from Gala Tent . I have two 3x6m Party Tents that are used side by side to make them 6x6 m party tent and a 3x3m Party tent used with one of the 3x6 party tents. All 3 items i am more than pleased with.

You replied promptly and it’s actually quite nice to have a couple of options for how to resolve the issue rather than just one because actually given the choice the discount worked better for me than the direct replacement as I am a startup business and trying to keep costs as low as possible.

I would just like to say a big thank you for your help today. I purchased my marquee on Monday & it arrived on Wednesday. I am thrilled with the quality & the professionalism of the service team at Gala Tents. I asked lots of questions as it was an expensive purchase & all were answered & advised with clarity. I did have a small problem with the lights; however this was resolved with no fuss whatsoever. I am more than happy with your prompt response, and the offer of a new handle for my table. My first call was dealt with courteously and efficiently, and following her advice to email you with photos of my poorly table, I have been very happy with your return phone calls and emails so far.I will reserve judgement regarding the new handle until it arrives! However, I am not anticipating any problems, and confident that if there are any and I have to contact you again, my complaint will once more be dealt with expediently. My only observation regarding the handle on the table, is that it does not appear to be of a sufficient strength for the size and weight of the table, and is obviously the weakest point.I have been very happy with my Gala tent which I purchased last year. I used it at a craft festival in Newquay in the most appalling rain..(there was a river running under and across the floor because we were on a slope!) but everything stayed nice and dry, and I sold lots due to people taking shelter! I have recommended Gala tent to several other craft people who asked me where I had got mine from.
