Further to my recent email advising delivery of stained Gala Tent Side Panels, I was most pleased to receive replacement panels which must have been despatched immediately by Gala Tent following my notification of the complaint. I bought the Gala Tent for a family party and it was also used at our Annual Village Fete. On both occasions it was a great success and we are very pleased with it. I looked at the Gala video showing how to erect the Tent which was very helpful. I thought you would like to see how our family did it in just 54 seconds (with the help of a speeded up camera) !

Excellent products and great prices, on the minus side paid the price for some very poor after sales advice when wrong parts were sent in error and ending up having to pay return postage on wrong parts! Left a very bitter taste in the mouth having spent thousands on numerous items when a simple explanation that there a several sizes of A pole depending on the span of the tent would have avoided such an error! Doubt I'll be buying anything else from them again as a consequence!

Just to say a huge thanks for the way you've dealt with us regarding the supply of a marquee for our Festival. The quality is superb, order processing was easy and efficient and you went the extra mile to ensure we had what we wanted by the date we needed it. The sign of a good company is not how they deal with things when everything is going well but how they deal with something when there is a problem. Whilst we had a problem with some of the panels matching in colour. It was dealt with quickly and efficiently, plenty of communication and all quickly resolved without any inconvenience. Couldn't fault product or service provided and would highly recommend.
