Great value delivered well packed. Used seats on beach light weight and very comfy to sit on and relax.

Excellent quality and built to last, not like the flimsy pop up gazebos sold more cheaply. This is really high quality constructions and materials throughout. The only downside to this is its pretty heavy, so are the fabric sides and canopy but you can feel the quality.

My only complaint is that when I ordered a gazebo last Saturday with 'next day delivery' I would expect it on Tuesday. It has only just arrived on Thursday. Courier problem!!!!

Good Service

I had purchased a popup 3x3 gazebo elsewhere which lasted a year. Only used for 2-3 months and found to be falling apart when opened the follow year.I checked the internet and found GALA TENTS and did a research check on them and the quality the professed to have on their products. Having been mildly convinced I purchased a 3x4.5 professional quality gazebo. Amazing. Big strong and a little difficult to put on your own but found it can be done. Then decided to purchase the lighting for the inside. It came with one bulb blown. I called the helpline and without any question I was advised that another would be sent. I asked if I could send back the first one and was told NO, keep it. I now have two sets and are fantastic as I purchased the bulbs and the original one now works.I have never had this kind of service from any online retailer I have used in the past and although it is not a company one would use on a daily basis due to the product lasting as long as it will I will recommend them with a score of 15 out of 10.I also purchased two sets of the lead weights for the legs and the only complaint I can make is that they are so heavy that it would take a full gale before the gazebo moved.

Certainly the decision to purchase my gala it's been super and with added quality of the product makes me very happy and the comments we receive when using the purchase from the start was excellent the lady who helped me thank you well pleased and easy to recommend without doubt

I've had many gazebo's bought from other suppliers & high street chains and this is the best by far, excellent built quality. Good sturdy in the wind too I Have recommended many trades people whom we see on sites, keep up the good work

We The Village Show at keysoe, have over the last 15 years purchased 6 of these tents and have been delighted with them all. They receive a lot of 'upping ' and 'downing' as we fund the show by hiring them out and as long as we pack them carefully and look after them they last for a good few seasons
