Ordered tent online. Gala dispatched correctly. Carrier bungled delivery. Gala customer service did an excellent job of sorting the problem. Thank you. The tent is a well built, well designed and robust item. It is modular so further sections can be added at a later date. The website explains this well and also gives a helpful listing of useful accessories. No complaints or niggles. A really good company to deal with. Nice one, Gala

Ordered a new end panel for our marquee as I wanted an end panel with window and door very very happy fits perfectly . We brought our marquee 2 years ago and it's been up all the time and it's still as good as new

We do honor most warranty claims, unfortunately the limited warranty does not cover everything however most insurance companies can cover your gazebo for accidental damage.
