The staff were very helpful while I was trying to find the product I wanted. The quality of the replacement covers we bought is great. I would absolutely recommend Gala Tent for anyone looking for a decent marquee - our frame has lasted years being up for the summer months and looks fabulous with the new covers installed.Delivery was supposed to be next day but the courier had issues that meant it took 3 days in the end.

Great communication and service.Easy to erect.Survived the very heavy winds which we endured while the marquee was up!!!The ground frame would benefit from thumb turn nuts at the joints as they came apart during the Storm and had to be secured with rope to prevent this.Would recommend the company and product.Thanks

Great Service and Great Gazebo Sun Shade Awning Kit, had some problems at an event with the sun heating stock up, so rang Gala tents and got a quick call back confirming the shade would fit it was with me in a couple of days used it since no more problems with sun or rain customers are dry in rain and not baking in sun win win all good very Happy Thanks Gala Tents

I ordered some new sides for our veranda that had been designed with your marquee sides in mind. I did not realise that the 3 metre sides had the same size Windows as the 2meters sides. I was looking to have more clear and less white. Nothing wrong with the product just my misunderstanding.
