Good morning Gala Tents, I received an email from you at 9.27am informing me that my Pop Up Gazebo had been dispatched, At 9.30am there was a knock on my door-it was a carrier with gazebo. How's that for service? From dispatch to arrival 3 minutes, could any company beat that for Efficiency?

We've been completely satisfied with previous purchases and have no doubt that these will do the same

new side walls for pop up gazebo as old ones had split. Disappointed that I had to buy the whole set as I only needed the back sheet but this is not supplied separately (only without the window). new roof rivet for gazebo as original had snapped and protection spray. However the delivery service was excellent.

This was a second purchase of this item. Lightweight, comfortable and ideal for our purpose. Excellent value for money.

The weights and heavy duty tent pegs were used over the Easter weekend in extremely windy conditions in an exposed site. They performed brilliantly, without them the gazebo would undoubtedly have taken off!!

The gazebo is second to non, a dream to pop up and stands really well all the material is top grade except the zippers which could be better (stronger) other than the zippers though what an excellent out fit. I would have expected peg to come with the side walls to help secure it to the ground.

I ordered three 6m x 3m Gala Shade Pop up Gazebos after a visit to the showrooms and receiving a comprehensive run down of the Gazebos. A problem with delivery was dealt with professionally and all came good in the end, Thanks.
