Gala Tent UK

We already had a rather nice gazebo, or so we thought, which cost less than £100 pounds, but at the first gust of wind, it blew over and almost ruined a whole collection of my glass. So we asked around and other exhibitors recommended Gala Tents. Our Pro-40 just arrived and we put it up to test it prior to our first fair next week. We were very impressed. Comparing this to our Mickey Mouse fair weather gazebo would be like comparing a Sherman tank to a Mini. It's brilliant. I don't think that there's much chance of this one blowing over as we bought the ratchet tie down storm straps just in case. All round excellent quality and service. Of course it cost four times as much as previous, entry level one, but it is clearly more than ten times as good. A worthwhile investment

Quick service, well priced

what a service item arrived in less than 24hrs and was used on Sunday at a club event and supplied plenty of cover from the Sun. I don't know why our club bothered with any other company in the past. when you get polite and excellent service from experienced staff I would recommend Gala Tents to every body that need a great product.

Very pleased with the purchase, the instructions were concise and easy to follow

I needed replacement parts as my marquee has been in the garden throughout the winter. One end is extremely muddy and despite using a pressure washer it has not come off leaving an unsightly stain. As the marquee has withstood storms some of the bungee cords also got strained and need to be replaced.

I bought a small round folding table. It is sturdy, light and very stable. Very pleased with it, definitely value for money.

A1 service a1 product excellent delivery couldn't ask for absolutely marvellous

The tent is great! I went for a top of the range pvc tent for my first show of the season at RHS Malvern. The tent was absolutely great and, on Saturday afternoon it was tested with extreme rain conditions and held up perfectly. Although I was not so enamoured by the service I received in ordering my tent as I wished to pay by PayPal and, although my workshop address is listed in my PayPal profile, Gala Tents would not deliver to the workshop as it is a different address from my home. I had to pay twice for my tent before it was despatched. Also the site said next day delivery but the query about address was not raised with me until the second day, when I was actually expecting delivery. However I paid by credit card and was promised a before 10am delivery on the Tuesday after the May bank holiday and the tent arrived on time. However, it took 9 days for the refund to get back into my PayPal account. Sales experience not good but the product is excellent. I wanted a British made product rather than a foreign one and I am glad I bought this product.
