Purchased a galatent due to perceived quality and advertised as in stock and next day delivery. Received 5 out of 6 boxes next day and had to wait another 3 days for final box. I had to cancel my event so very disappointed. Do not expect next day delivery. Quality of product very good.

I am in a windy location and wanted a Gazebo I could leave up in the garden all summer. I opted for the 3x3 metre level 50 as it need to be strong. Everything appears OK so far. It looks very sturdy and the cover seems strong. Two points.I chose the green as it was next day delivery. But I also ordered a sidewall which was not. Hence no next day delivery and this was not explained until I phoned up and got them to send on the gazebo.Secondly the instructions could be more detailed. I have had a Galatent before so I had no problem. But a newcomer might wonder.

In one word, outstanding!

We bought our marquee some years ago but only bought the carry bags last week. I was surprised to find that they and other replacement parts were available and pleased that the bags were delivered promptly and efficiently.

We use our Gala tent in our pool area so that we have somewhere to sit and have BBQs in all weathers. It stays in place all season (about 4 months) and occasionally has to withstand wind. The legs are bolted down and the roof corners are strapped to floor bolts. HOWEVER, the roof would benefit if it had wind pressure relief flaps, so taking much of the strain off the whole tent.
