Mark was really helpful, professional and provided excellent customer service. The item was great, no complaints. The only thing that let you down was the courier service. It arrived a working day later than the notification I had received.

2nd time I've purchased side panels from here. Excellent quality, very minimal fading even after a few years. Nice sheen, substantial fabric and zips. Wouldn't hesitate to order again and when I need a new full gazebo I won't hesitate to order from here. Definitely the best quality I've found so far in every aspect.
