Top quality gazebo excellent customer service delivered on time around excellence!!!!

When we came to needing a gazebo for outdoor events/shows last year we researched by going to other events and asking stall holders their opinion on there own gazebos. We decided to go with Gala as they kept being recommended time and time again. We have not been disappointed. We went for the whole caboodle - Pro 50 with ground bars and side strengthening bars plus the heaviest weights for the corners. This choice has not let us down as on 3 occasions over the last 12 months we have found ourselves out at show grounds with wind speeds of over 50mph. The canopy and the walls move slightly in the wind but the actual gazebo framework is solid. We were the only standing gazebo a few weeks ago as all the others in the show were damaged due to high winds. I can't recommend the Gala Pro 50 enough. Other stand holders have on numerous occasions come to ask us where we got ours from as they observe how little the structure moves. We are now going to expand and buy a new Pro 50 to use alongside our original one. Thank you Gala for giving us peace of mind.

Really great service. My heater broke down after a few weeks (no fault of Gala at all). Within a day though Gala had picked it back up and shipped me a new replacement all within a week. Now that is what I call customer service. The heater is awesome too and saves me doing a log burner for times when I only need the heat for an hour or too. Couldn't be more pleased with Gala and the heater. A great purchase and great support thank you

Our gazebo pro 40 arrived on time, well packed.From opening the carrier bag, erecting the gazebo with the tent top the attention to detail and excellent quality of the product was evident in everything.5 star all the way, value for money. Thank you.

Excellent service as always - on this occasion I reordered a canopy for my gazebo, expertly printed as per my instructions, along with a tool kit, half walls, a new plastic window side wall and Gala Shade Pro 40 bolts for strengthening bars. Today I sprayed the canopy with Fabsil Extra Concentrate Waterproofing agent and I am ready for all weathers for the rest of the year. It'll be some time before I try out the Globe Lights but I'm almost looking forward to winter already!

We are very pleased with the marquee. It is very good quality and pleasing to look at. It was also easy to erect.

We chose GalaTent for a number of reasons but mostly because we can get spares should we ever need them. Apart from a minor blip with some art work (which was quickly resolved) every thing went smoothly and the Gazebo was delivered on time. We used it at the weekend and it performed very well sorry overall we are very pleased.
