Gala Tent UK

I needed a replacement canopy and sidewalls for my Eurmax 10x15 gazebo. The replacement I had ordered from them from the states was a terrible quality compared to the original so I sent it back (was barely thicker than a tent wall). I thought I would risk purchasing replacements from Gala Tent, despite the differences between Imperial and Metric (10'x15' compared to 3m x 4.5M) however it fits perfectly, if a little snug. I've not tried to put all the sidewalls on yet, and I suspect that will give me a challenge, but it's fine for what I need. The material is excellent (600D) and the skirt with eyelets inside and out are great. My only criticism is the Velcro straps on the sidewalls that go around the legs. These would be much better as buckles or Velcro through a loop so that these can be tightened. The two bits of Velcro make it impossible to get these tight. Overall very pleased with the purchase and will be using Gala in the future.

Sheer quality - that's the first thing that comes to mind with Gala Tent products!I have been working/using your equipment for many years within Scouting and Guiding at International Jamborees. While other brands disappear in the wind, Gala Tent just laughs! The pegs and straps supplied make sure of that, plus the strength of the materials used both in the 'canvas' and frame.I have a Gala Tent gazebo for my personal business use which is at least 10 years old now, showing no signs of giving in so when our Scouts were looking for a new gazebo to use at galas, promotions, etc. we made sure to raise enough funds for a Gala Tent gazebo. At its first outing at the village gala, while other stalls were 'battening down the hatches', our gazebo was the 'nuclear shelter' from the wind and rain.I will always recommend Gala Tent. The service, advice and support was excellent from the staff. When I received the banner it was way above my expectations. Excellent workmanship. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. We took part in our very first market with an organisation who insisted on high quality gazebos. For the first event, we had to be indoors but made sure we did a tour, examining these high quality gazebos. The name Gala Tent came up most often. You were recommended by people we know and trust.We were warned that these things are not cheap. Our products are not cheap but made to a high standard.We had a look on the website as soon as we got home. I loved the videos, informative and entertaining this looks like a company with a passion for being the best they can be.We decided to make the investment prior to our next market.The online ordering didn't work for us, so we used the chat facility. It turned out that the colour we wanted was out of stock. We phoned. We spoke to a really helpful person who explained that our fabric was on order and would be ready before our event.We arranged to pay for it in 3 interest free installments, which was a great help.We soon got another call, the fabric had arrived, production had begun.Within 48 hours we had the biggest, sturdiest, orangest gazebo I have ever seen.I was impressed by the design features and the quality of materials.Little details, like velcro on the canopy that sticks to the frame making assembly easier. Clever bag design to make transportation easier.Our first assembly was quite a windy location. Putting it up was a breeze!We have now used it twice. Our second time was heavy rain and sunshine. Being in Scotland, we need the best shelter we can find, we need it to be secure, safe and beautiful.We need it to meet the high standards required by any venue we attend.We need to put it up and to pack it awayEasily time after time and to serve us for many years to come.I love that replacement parts are available.We are really pleased with our purchase and will be showing it off and recommending it to others wherever we go.Great product, great service.Thank you.Alan

Very poor communication regarding delivery. Next day delivery took 5 days and arrived without notice at 8am. The driver didn't bring the boxes to my door, they were dumped on my drive. I had to bring them to the house myself. A poor carrier to say the least. The marquee appears decent quality. Poor assembly instructions and the instruction video they refer to doesn't exist any more according to the website. The Gala Tent logos are way to big, ugly, numerous and over powering. They will be cut off soon. I tried to leave 1 and 2 star reviews but their system wouldn't load it. Seems they only want to post good news! This is not a 4 star review by a long shot.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful. Really easy to deal with. We bought the Fusion marquee, really good sturdy product. Very happy with my purchase. Delivery was on time and all went smoothly. Happy to recommend and use again :-)

Loved our marquee, a few parts were missing. But gala tent did an amazing job replacing them free of charge and in a speedy manner. Absolutely loved my experience with them

I mistakenly purchased from another supplier and soon discovered that the quality would not last a summer. Therefore with a Google search discovered Gala, purchased online and delivered next day within a one hour time slot. By no means the cheapest, but I have found this to be a first class product, exactly as described on the website. Heavy material as soon as you pick the delivery box up you can feel the weight. Strengthening patches in all of the corners and at the stress points. Sturdy corner rings well attached to the cover for guy ropes. Overall I am very pleased with the quality and design features of the cover, and would have no hesitation to recommend to anyone.

First class product, First class service from a phone call to acertain what product I would like from payment to delivery, everything was super fast and brilliant quality . Can't recommend them enough. Can't wait to use our Gazebo . Thank you all. You have a great team.

Great Gazebo arrived quickly only negative was one of the struts were broken and two badly bent no fault of Gala it got damaged in transit. gala were brilliant and sent out replacement struts straight away

A great gazibo. I have had a 3m x 3m Gala gazibo for some 20 years and it has been fantastic. This year I needed a larger model 3m x 6m and went for the new 60mm frame. What a fantastic product, very strong and totally waterproof - should last me anither 20 years. Thank you Gala.
