GOOD

Joining clamps are far more robust and easier to use that the earlier version. The pegs and straps are good quality as always. The gutter material is not as good as the earlier material and de-laminates where it has been folded.

Very quick and easy order process, help on hand to make sure I got the correct part.

Great heavy duty tent, had to tighten the screws on the wheels but otherwise good

Pleased so far, early days as we've only put it up once as a practice.

A great marquee for the money that does the job . The only sight issue is the paper instructions give you a different account of where the poles go to the video which is slightly confusing . Also same as the last one there are a set of poles extra when it’s built up that also confuses the matter . However once it’s up it’s very sturdy and does the job brilliantly . Just make sure you use the video as oppose to the paper instructions . Thanks this is our 4th purchase and if we need another we will be back

We really like our 12mx6m marquee. Unfortunately one of the end panels ripped when we first put it up but it was repaired promptly under warrenty. The service from Gala has been excellent, apart from their telephone system which refused to recognis my invoice number and it took me a long time to actually speak to someone. When I did things were sorted quickly.

Quick delivery to Germany, unfortunately expensive and dutiable. The gazebo has a wonderful quality und looks pretty well

Everything as expected

This is our fourth order and cannot fault the service or quality of the gazebo recently purchased. I also ordered two carry bags which, while well made, are made of a less robust material than previous. At the first use, the fabric near the wheels has cut through, which is disappointing.

As always Gala were quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with. We have moved over totally to Gala for our tentage and can rely on them for prompt delivery of spares whenever needed. Would always recommend them.
