I bought my gazeebo to extend my house for a party, it went well. The product is very strong, very well made and easy to erect, I hope to get many years of use from it.As I'm not a commercial user it was important to have good back up for the future and I was given the confidence by the Gala represensative that any faults or spare parts would not be an issue.I would recommend dealing with Gala.

Wow, what great customer service, if they say it they do it,Bought a 12m x 6m for the back of our pub for the Christmas period and it has gone down very well with the locals, so much so we have a wedding booked for the summer ! Thank you for great service & an excellent product.

We have five Gala tents of various sizes which we used to use ropes to tie down. When we bought the latest tent we decided to purchase ratchet tie down straps to see how they performed compared to the ropes. They are so much better than ropes that we have now purchased sets of ratchet tie downs for all of our tents. Goodbye ropes.
