1. erection- for first time installers- more detailed instructions would be useful. Info from video of interest but without wifi at site- only relying on memory.2. dismantling- OK3. packaging- OK for delivery but not for long term storage. Somewhat disappointed to note that admin/packaging charge of £10- applies even when purchasing 2 bags (and same cost for complete marquee?)for the canopy.As this item was not provided in initial purchase package and its purchase was decided upon after receipt of boxes and true appreciation of need for bags. This item has been addressed by contact by telephone- worthwhile doing in the event of further queries/concerns as the customer services person was understanding.4. would still recommend purchase for others as equipment appears to be sturdy.5. drying of canopies/side covers- very necessary and thus if marquee left overnight- ensure flow of air to assist in keeping internal surfaces drier.

the gazebos is a good product , unfortunately the carry case is not , the bolts to secure the wheels are useless

The help on the phone with the order was great. Delivery no problem. The quality of the product id brilliant good and sturdy, however we found the instruction to simplistic and we had to find someone who had experience of the pop up tents to help. Very pleased overall

Good quality and price and excellent service

Marquee is excellent, delivered when expected by a helpful driver who helped put everything in garage. Only reason not 5 stars is that the instructions on build were unclear on roof bars. However a webchat on a Saturday to gala tents soon had someone calling me with advice and a new set of instructions. So should be 4.5 stars really.

Excellent service. Product up to expectation with exception of carriers bags, two of which had same fault, but speedily replaced.

Arrived on time but some of the bolts were wrong. Luckily not a problem as my son had some we borrowed

Bungee cords arrived next day - very good service. Thought the delivery charge was rather expensive. I could have waited for several days for delivery if a cheaper option had been available.

I shopped around for ages and finally decided to buy a 6 x4 mtr gala tent. We went with the thicker canvass as the tent will be used quite extensively over the year as we run bars for events and this Marquee will be up 20 times this year for several days at a time.We did a dummy run when the tent first arrived and it is not difficult to work out how to assemble the poles. We do have one of the roof poles that has a 'tear/snag' actually in the metal and two of us managed to cut ourselves on it... doesn't affect the strength and too much effort to send it back so will just tap it to prevent any future injury. We purchased the ground bar set because we want stability and it is probably more substantial than the rest of the frame. If you buy ground kit then you will end up with one surplus set of feet . First impressions are that the wing nut fastenings will probably be a bit flimsy and we may need to swop this for nut and bolts which will necessitate some modifications. The foot plates have pre drilled holes so that they can be pegged but the size of the foot plate is small and the pegs pathetic ... same size as camping tent pegs. The pegs supplied for the ground bar set are also woefully unsubstantial and will need to be replaced. Hopefully the actual tent will be substantial enough for our needs and we do regularly see gala tents as trade tents but the equipment supplied for anchoring is not good enough and would not prevent the tent from blowing away ... so be prepared to substantially up grade this. I speak from experience of tents blowing away, as we had one literally take off despite being anchored to the floor and tied to heavy water barrels... very messy and expensive.So.. in short..... most substantial we could find for the price. Poles and canvass relatively durable. Fixings are poor / flimsy (wing nuts and pegs) So if you buy , be prepared to do some modification/ improvements to keep it on the ground or pray for calm days

Just received my 5th gazebo as well as matting lights and heaters from gala great products and great services.

Excellent and very personable services from Julie. Your payment software needs someone over 60 to use it cold so that you get objective feedback. Not a good experience.
