Brilliant. Used a gala tent to replace failing gazebos which we were using over our hot tub area. We now have a lovely shelter which we’re using more like a conservatory! Great to have a lovely outdoor space. Initially had an issue with leaky seems but that seems to have resolved itself as the canvas has settled. No flapping like gazebos. Feels like an outdoor room.

WE DO NOT LIKE THE ROPING UP OF THE SIDES WE LIKED THE ZIPS AND THE VELCRO PICKS UP THE GRASS WHEN DOING THE STEAM FAIRS THE MATERIAL OF THE MARQUEE IS FIRST CLASS

The product as always has been brilliant but the customer service on this occasion has been very poor. We ended up having to drive to Doncaster to collect our tent as they failed to deliver within the agreed time to us. I have since tried to make a complaint however get no reply to my emails. An unhappy return customer.

I was replacing a 3x3m Supergazebo.3m x 3m Gala Shade Pro MX is heavier than I actually wanted, but I needed the quality.Still sturdy and easy to erect.

An exceptional service and an even more exceptional product. Ordered mid afternoon, took delivery the next morning. Quality is excellent and the gazebos were easy to put up. I think that Gala products are of great quality and the delivery service is superb. I bought a new canopy for after this summer as the old one is getting to the end of its natural life.. I have had my tent up all through the winter in my garden and it has been so good.... I would highly recommend Gala to everyone in a heart beat... Thank you Gala

Love my Gazebo..lovely colour and really sturdy.Sunday was my first day trading under it and I felt as pleased as punch!I'm sure it attracted more customers as it's certainly eye catching.Definitely a happy gazebo day.Thanks again Gala!
