My third time of making a purchase from Gala Tents. Each time I have made an enquiry by phone and have found the sales team to be incredibly helpful. I have received good advice and the order has been arranged for me. The goods were dispatched to me as promised. I cannot fault the service I have experienced from Gala Tents.

I recently purchased sidewalls for my gazebo after some research and a recommendation from a friend to use Gala Tent. The service was excellent the quality of the goods is great value for money, but to top it all when I had a minor issue with the delivery of my item the prompt response and resolution from the customer service team was exemplary.

Canopy that was ordered was still not available but a replacement was supplied . Service was as normal excellent.

Darren and Julie in sales were super-helpful. The gazebo and graphic banner arrived the very next day. I found the gazebo rather hard to put up as I am not tall enough to push the corners in at the top but other people on the market helped me. The gazebo is really easy to trolley around as it is very compact. The quality of the build is great and I am very happy with the product. I would highly recommend Gala Tents.
