Excellent service, lovely to speak to and really polite, very helpful.We took over our public house and called to discuss a new top for our marquee (affectionately called the tent!) the previous landlord had bought it in lock down, however the staff were so happy to help us and get us the right product and it was delivered exactly when we were told it would be. Brilliant service

Everytime I use Gala Tent I get to speak to an actual person at the end of the phone, who knows what they are selling, and can deal with requests from start to finish. As soon as your order is completed it is dispatched, even if this is sooner than expected. No clogging up the inbox with a million updates either. Thankyou Gala Tent for just being human.

We wanted a pop-up gazebo for our sailing club. We already had 3 Gala marquees so knew the quality and customer service were really good. Having talked to several traders who had the Gala pop-up gazebos we had no hesitation in going for this 6 x 3m model. Sturdy construction and easy to put up and take down.
