Brilliant quality

I phoned in a panic because a storm had ripped several panels of my tent. Darren quickly reassured me that they could replace them, then identified the correct model from my photos. Within minutes he had put together a list of my requirements. As soon as I paid online, he came back to me to confirm a free next day delivery. Excellent service throughout.

Having had a number of cheap gazebos of various types that would last about 18 months each if we were lucky and were not really rain proof, we decided to get a commercial grade gazebo for use in the garden all year round. I have experience with gala tents marquees and gazebos as we have them at Cats Protection in Haslemere for our events and they are excellent with high quality construction of the pop up frame and quality material for the roof and sidewallsWe wanted to be able to have the gazebo fully up for the spring, summer and autumn, and then 1/2 height for the winter, we will have a different winter roof. We also purchased a set of side walls to protect against the wind and rain as well as the valence and leg covers so it looks nicer whilst in use.With the current covid19 situation it’s fantastic as we are now able to use our patio area as a great summer home office, if the weather turns slightly we can quickly add or change a side wall to suit, allowing us to enjoy our garden even more.A much better investment over cheaper options.

Lights up the gazebo brilliantly

Superb bit of kit. Straight forward to assemble. Bit heavy, possible to assemble alone but much easier with two. Quite expensive but properly waterproof canopy. Well built, sturdy, should last for years.

Like the product but disappointed with the ease that the old cover split. Old fashioned canvasses, although heavier were much more robust.

Superb! Although only used in the garden due to Covid19 and lockdown it’s been an invaluable, time out space, gym, sparring ring and shelter from the wind despite the blue skies. Very impressed with the detailing around the corners, roof and base of the gazebo. Certainly recommend to anyone. A bit tricky initially to put up but you get that with all new things. However packing away was easy especially with a bag for each component. Perfect -thank you so much. Katherine
