I purchased a Gala Shade Pro MX gazebo May of 2016 and the frame is still going strong. An excellent product. However the canopies one seems to last a maximum of 4 seasons.I am now on my 3rd canopy and at over £100 pounds a time I find it expensive.Gala recommend spraying with Fabsil which I did twice on canopy number 2 but it still only lasted 4 seasons before becoming so brittle it tears in many places not just the stress points.I highly recommend their gazebo frames. Very well made and quality spares are easily available from Gala. The canopies??I have continued to purchase my canopies from Gala as I know what I'm getting. Cheaper canopies can be found but are they waterproof, robust, well made and will they fit?

Easy to contact. A little mix up with the original order but I have to say their customer service was exceptional. It’s not what goes wrong but how the matter is dealt with after …on that this company scores 100% well done Galla Tents ????

Good quality but still waiting for the bar that goes in the half wall. Also wasn't overly impressed with the designers.

Gala are normally our go to supplier for all things gazebo, however I was really disappointed after I placed an order on the Tuesday for something I needed by the weekend and was told it would be with me on Wednesday... great service, however I was going to be out all day Wednesday and asked for it to be delivered Thursday. It never arrived so on Friday I phoned and was told it hadn't left the warehouse yet ! I explained I needed it by Sunday but was sympathetically told it would be Monday 'Is that alright?' Well it had to be!Not impressed.

The qauilty of the gazebo is great. Painting is great. After care is bad and is they haven't got something is stock they will tell you a day it will be but don't expect it to be on that day. They said 1 week first wait when I paid. Now it's a 3 month wait. And all they can say is it's not down to them. And sorry

Great quality tent and the printing is amazing first class. The printing team were so helpful. Wasn't expensive compared to other quality products. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the material is measured so tight its hard to fix together and zip up. I can't see the down side of putting an extra centimeter into the length so it's easier to fix and zip up the tent.

This is my second ‘marquee’ of this standard. and spec. Basically identicalMy previous one I have had for 20 or so years and used 25 or more, Starting to look a bit its age hence the new one that will outlive me!!(I have since repair mice holes in the original so will keep both)I looked at alternatives, possible 40% cheaper but knowing my spec and reading the new cheaper possibility spec it was well worth paying the extra. Trust me. (if you want to use more than once). It rained biblically from nowhere during our garden party (garden is still ruined) my new and older ‘marquee’ were great. 6x3 party tent- poor quality I borrowed totally collapsed under the weight of water and went to the tip. 2nd 6x 3 I own and was treated with protector survived but sagged around the edges forming ponds in the at head height.Would buy again..Negative - All fit together well after some opening of fittings as a little bent or dented. I’m sure if asked they would have been replaced or compensated but I left it as so much going on and I’d had the last one at the time.

The tent printing team are very good and diligent. It looks amazing. The quality of the tent itself it strong and sturdy, very good quality. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the practicality element. The roof is such a tight for with no give in the material it is very difficult to put everything together. The roof requires 1cm more of material just to give a little bit of room for manoeuvre.

Basically happy with the tent we purchased. However, the canopy was damaged and had to be replaced. I do not understand how the damage occurred but Gala concluded it was caused by weather and encouraged me to carry out a risk assessment. Not sure what I can do to comply with this. How does one carry out an assessment on the British weather?
