After 8 years of service I had to replace the canopy of my PRO40 3x3 gazebo. The ordering process was very straightforward as GALATENT had records of my original purchase. There was an issue with the courier that was sorted out very promptly following an email to GALATENT. Excellent customer service and a quality product.

Can't thank you all enough Mark and Calum for turning around my 4m x 6m Gazebo in just over 4 days including the Company Logo added to the roof section. It was a breeze to put up and store away in the wheeled trolley bag. Really pleased with the quality and the printing, and the 50 frame remained very sturdy over a windy weekend. Excellent piece of kit , I saw these at a friend's and just had to have them. Easy to fill with sand and which makes them nice and heavy to keep my sun shade from blowing over. Well pleased

Excellent quality replacement canopy cover and a very sturdy gazebo. I purchased my first gazebo 10 years ago and another one a few years later, and I've been consistently impressed with the quality of both the products and the company.The replacement canopy lasts me around 3–4 years, despite being left outdoors all year round and exposed to harsh weather conditions, including intense sun, snow, and storms. That's excellent durability in my experience.I highly recommend both the product and the company for their quality, reliability, and long-lasting performance.
