Even as a home buyer and not a business I was amazed at the level of service I received when placing my order by phone.I was even more surprised when my Gala Pro 50 turned up the next day, the product is great feels well made and myself and my daughter have mastered the art of putting it up within 10 minutes sides and all. Great bit of Kit just wish I had brought the bag with it, school boy error. 10/10 for Service, Delivery and Product.

Fantastic quality all round gazebo from the frame to the walls and canopy. Excellent value for money as well.

Excellent delivery, ordered on day 1, delivered on day 2. Product was a new gazebo canopy and ½ side wall. Last canopy lasted 4 seasons and was out in all weather for 4/5 months of year before it started to tear in areas of strain. Have treated my new one with Fabsil as recommended so we'll have to wait and see if if I get extended life. Excellent idea for a ½ wall and very reasonably priced. Will use it when the sun becomes low in the evening and shines under the roof level. Would recommend the company and their products.

Good quality and makes good use of part of an existing frame

3m x 3m Gala Tents Gazebo.After spending many hours being disappointed by the number of poor reviews of gazebos (made by other manufacturers) we raised the budget (just a little) and discovered Gala Tent... 'Where are all the bad reviews?' we wondered. We bit the bullet, ordered one and have put it up today for the first time: fantastic product! Everything about it is great quality: very robust frame, strong canopy. It's quite heavy but it only needs to move from shed to lawn so that's no problem to us (and the weight will doubtless assist with resistance to the odd breeze which reviews suggest many competitor products struggle with).Took about 15-minutes to put up the first time but that should be much quicker next time. Literally 5 minutes to take down.It's now clear why there are no bad reviews!

I have just received my new gazebo, and I am so impressed. The gazebo is very good quality, the frame is sturdy and the canopy fits perfectly. It looks great on my patio.I am so glad that I bought this gazebo, it is a little more expensive than some on the market, but well worth it !I bought the side panels which I haven't used yet, and also the weight bags, which are cleverly designed and work well on the patio.Thank you Gala Tent UK

Ordered spare parts and they arrived next day

After much research I decided on a 40mm 3x4.5m pop-tent and buying up from Gala Tent and am very happy with this decision. The tent arrived swiftly and in good order - so no faulting the service and information provided. The tent is of good quality and 40mm is more than adequate for my needs and ability to lift and carry. Everything packs away neatly into the storage bag/s. Though not a problem, I did slightly underestimate packed away tent size and weight for transporting. I highly recommend Gala Tent
