Delivery was slightly delayed due to the courier separating the two parts to the product so was not 'next day' as hoped for. However once it arrived I could not be more pleased with the Gazebo. The quality of the frame and canopy is excellent. It is definitely a two person job to put this up but once up it is superb and very sturdy. I wanted it for a patio which its 3mx4.5m size fits perfectly. It provides a great outdoor environment and on first usage it kept us all dry from a persistent light rain - perfect! The ability to adjust the height of the canopy is a bonus and makes erecting it and dismantling it easy. Only complaint is that with the weight of the frame and canopy it really ought to come with a wheeled bag to move it.

Great communication and service all round. High quality product which was ideal for our outdoor group exercise classes. Marquee was also easy enough to assemble ourselves. Recommend.

Researching the market, we wanted a product that was going to be durable and structurally sound for many years. We also wanted removable side panels to deal with different season's requirements. Gala's offering fit the bill. We also like that we can get replacements if the worst happens. Excellent build quality.

I just received my 40 pro 3m x4.5m and I'm so impressed with the quality of the frame and roof panel. I'm now going to have to get the side as well.

I bought four gazebos from Gala Tent to create an outdoor eating space for a restaurant. I had lots of questions, many technical, but the sales process was very thorough and they took the time needed to make sure that all of my questions were answered.Delivery was very quick once the order was placed and everything arrived well packaged.I have used many gazebos and marquees throughout my career in the events industry, and Gala Tent gazebos are among the best I have seen in terms of quality and strength. Nylon inserts in places where many other manufacturers don't put them, high quality aluminium, and a good, solid design overall.I did have a couple of minor issues with some of the strengthening components, all down to a misunderstanding of my exact requirements, but in these situations you can tell a lot about a company by how well they resolve the issue. The appropriate parts were sent out on a next day delivery at no charge, and the matter was brought to a swift and satisfactory close.Great work by what seems to be a very small team, under pressure from a huge recent growth in business.

Very high quality product, well designed. So easy to use and looks great in the garden. Well worth buying the real thing rather than a cheaper imposter.
