Sales team good at returning calls. Very good when it came to talk about my requirements. My sturdy Gala tent arrived in perfect condition within 24hrs.

Great company nothing is too much for them, back-up and support is great it is what all companies should be doing it to make sure that their customers are happy with the product they have purchased, not just seel and forget the customer that why I've given 5 stars.

My sister had one for pop up business so already knew what great quality to expect, lovely bright colours to canopy and sides. Really easy to put up too!

I have purchased a 6m x3m tent. It has been brilliant. On Monday it stood up to 60mph winds. The ground bars and tension straps proved invaluable

This would have been a 5 star but think there is a design fault on the pvc marquees as all the fastenings are Velcro and interior lacing. When you leave the tent it is extremely difficult to close the Velcro fastenings from the outside! Think there should have been a zip option. Other than that tent is very sturdy and stands up to quite strong winds without dismantling although I would recommend screwing down on hard surface if possible. Sales staff are helpful and knowledgeable on the telephone and pricing seems competitive

Bought gala tent to replace an older one. Quality is so much better and provides a much better experience.
