I dealt with Mark at Gala Tents and he has just been incredible - nothing is too much trouble, I have been given expert advice and really appreciate the way that Mark goes above and beyond even if I do ask basic questions. Highly recommend using Gala Tents having dealt with Mark 0 excellent customer service and delivery at 7:30am the next day!

Very happy with service i got needed two poles one was not in stock till middle of July but needed it for 20th June they strip another pole to make the one I needed thank you for helping me out great service

After years of use, for family and friends parties and gatherings, and being left out when it should have been taken down, the canopy of our 6m x 3m pop up gazebo finally tore beyond repair. We on the website, found the appropriate gazebo, ordered a new canopy one morning and it was here by lunchtime the following day. Excellent service and an excellent sturdy gazebo that has given years of use.

Really good customer service the gentleman I spoke was very understanding of my financial situation and advised to different options and made the purchase possible.I had a slight issue with set up and a pin breaking and they were very quick to send out the part Thank you very much will be coming back to get the weights soon.

Amazing product! we use these for our riding club and have owned and used them for years. They are so easy and hardwearing it was a given that this was the product I was going to purchase for our school too!
