a really solid Gazebo, I bought the Pro 50 in taupe.. in came next day before a bank holiday.. Mark was helpful and also offered a discount on first order.. very friendly British company.. highly recommended... No problems at all...

I love my 3m² gala event tent! So easy to put up (under half an hour, all on my own, as a 50 year old 5'5' woman!). So when, after many many years of service, the roof got leaky, I ordered a replacement roof quite happily! Service is impeccable, delivery speedy. No excessive packaging, but safe a sturdy box. I used to work music festivals all summer as a massage therapist, and it worked perfectly as my workspace. I created a lining for roof and walls which made it a divine space to be in. Now I use the tent at home for family events and so on, but wouldn't be without it!

I haven't had the opportunity to use the tent yet. However, the design and consultation process was first class through-out. I wish more companies had Gala's approach to customer communication. Five stars.

We have owned a Gala tent for a while and just needed a gutter accessory. Despite it being a small transaction the help given on the phone was excellent, and the item (which saved the day for our wet weather event!) was delivered very speedily. A first rate service.

Wonderful company to deal with! The cover arrived promptly and when I decided to return it (unopened) as I preferred another colour they were most helpful! The range of colours is amazing, and the quality excellent...I'm a very happy customer!
