Product was exactly what I needed as replacement for a canopy that had been stored damp.Delivery left a lot to be desired having expected the following working day the courier tried to deliver it to house 2 miles away from home on two separate occasions eventually delivered almost a week after ordering. Not a fault by gala tents but should be considered when having a short deadline

We used our new tent for the first time at the Church Fete last Saturday and it proved very successful with no issues erecting, using or taking down

Having had a Gala Tent for 20 years which bit the dust in wild weather last autumn we did not need long to decide to purchase a replacement. We opted for the elite thicker material this time. Very sturdy and well made, coupled with the straightforward ordering process and helpful customer service, good instructions/videos and replacement parts if required. Prompt delivery even though we live north of Dundee. Last one gave us many years of service - happy memories of times with family and friends. We hope to enjoy the new one just as much. We use Galatent product many years now, this year we changed our 2 separate 3 meters gazebo for one 6 meters. Last week we purchased a sunshade as well, which is looks really good on it. The Pro50 avery heavy duty gazebo, never had any issues with it even not in incredible weather. Next few weeks we planing to purchase a ground bar as well.Mark was very helpful, we love the Team there :) Defenetily recommended to everyone!

Great quality, solid canopy. Quick and easy to put up and height adjustable. We have one over the garden dining table and another we use with our campervan.

Superb service and product from start to finish. Spoke to Damien who was extremely helpful when ordering. The installation instructions are very clear and the Swiss Trax flooring is so easy to work with. Very easy to cut too for those off awkward angles. Had completely changed how my garage looks. 10/10 would definitely use Gala again.
